Project Team
The people behind the building.
Stead 220 is a collaboration between teams across development, architecture, construction, interiors, and branding — each chosen for how they work, not only for what they've built.

Lead developer of Stead 220 and a defining presence in Fulton Market. Shapack shaped the project's vision, design, ownership, and execution, creating a residential address rooted in the neighborhood around it.

Co-development partner for Stead 220. A national real estate developer and investor, CRG brought institutional experience to the ownership structure and project debt negotiations.

Co-development partner for Stead 220. KMW Communities focuses on the resident service and building operations that make the property feel welcoming, attentive, and well cared for.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill served as architect for Stead 220, shaping the building's form, structure, layout, and façade as a new residential presence in the Fulton Market District.

Stead 220's interior design architect. Gensler shaped the interiors of the shared spaces and apartments with a focus on warmth, function, and the way people actually live every day.

Furnishings and interiors partner for Stead 220. Soho Home brought its residential hospitality sensibility to The Fold, Sitting Room, Listening Room, Terrace, and model apartments, creating spaces that feel collected, comfortable, and lived in.

Pentagram created Stead 220's brand identity, including the wordmark, color system, signage, and visual language that give the building its voice and carry its identity across every resident and guest touchpoint.
